Biography: 

Andreas Koch was born on the 7th of July 1986 and is currently living in Trier, Germany. He authored DroidSheep which is a simple session hijacking android app and was made as a proof of concept for his thesis entitled "Session Hijacking on Android Devices".

Facts

He is also the author of DroidSheep Guard, an Android app for monitoring Androids ARP-table which tries to detect ARP-Spoofing on the network, such as an attack by DroidSheep, FaceNiff and other software.

He stopped developing DroidSheep because of a strict law in Germany that forbids distribution of hacking tools.
