Biography:

Residing in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, he broke into an E-Mail account that was used by Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus at one point ([email protected]) and stole 'provocative' pictures of her. He would go on to post the pictures online. In October 20th, 2008 the FBI served him with a search warrant and raided his house. As of February 2009, he has not been arrested or charged for his actions due to lack of evidence.

Was boasting that the FBI could never catch him cause of how much he moved.

Tried to sell the pictures to TMZ and other celebrity outlets, but all of them refused due to the illegal manner used to obtain them.

Rumors

Nominated for the 2008 Dumbass of the Year award for bragging about stealing the pics to news outlets openly right after doing it.
