Daniel Miessler is an infosec professional who is the former Principal Security Architect at HP Fortify on Demand and currently the a Director at IOActive. He is known for writing a good intro to tcpdump and is an OWASP Project leader. He can always be seen in DEF CON and you can say hi to him because he is a good guy
