SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

I am trying to install KALI Linux with dual Boot on my windows 7 ........for that i have to SHRINK VOLUME of my drive bt i could not...
I am getting this error-

After that i went to Services.msc and tried to start Virtual Disk Service bt i am getting this error....
